Seasonal Considerations

The best time for kayaking in the White Mountains of Arizona varies depending on your preferences and the type of experience you seek.

The most common time for watersports in Greer and the White Mountains is Summer through early Fall (June – September).  These times are great for leisure lake paddling and exploring rivers.  Out of season, the water temperatures are colder and not as ideal for watersports.
