Lazy Trout Cabin Rentals. We are located in Greer Arizona with the Little Colorado River meandering through town and is only 12 miles from Sunrise Ski Resort Park. Greer elevation is at around 8500 feet and has real four seasons . In the wintertime we have the winter wonderland with plenty of snow boarding, skiing and sledding opportunities. Try Sunrise Ski Resort new Zip line. Summer time we are between 30 to 40 degrees cooler than the Phoenix, Tucson and Albuquerque areas.

The Homestead

This two story rustic cabin with real hand hewn logs is located in the “Village of Greer” near the Lazy Bear and Fishing Lodge cabins in the meadow. It has two babbling brooks running on this one acre of property. Enjoy the evenings with the fire pit and roasting some marshmallows and making s’ mores with the family while admiring the sky full of the brightest stars in Arizona. Everything in Greer is in walking distance from this cabin spectacular cabin. It is approximately 1300 square foot and has two bedrooms and a loft. Decorated with John Wayne decorations truly making this a very cozy cabin. One bedroom is on the lower floor, the master bedroom and loft are on the second Floor. Master bedroom upper level with king bed and bath Loft one twin and one double Bedroom 2 lower level with queen bed Bathroom on lower level Living room has hide-a-bed / sofa

Lazy Trout Owned Cabin with the high quality and attention to detail expected from Ted and Nancy. All new Stainless appliances This two story cabin has a spacious 2275 square foot living area. The living room, dining room, and master bedroom has hand scraped teak flooring and pine ceiling from the Rodeo-Chediski Fire.. The Fishing Lodge Cabin sleeps up to 12 persons and pets are welcome.

Lazy Bear Cabin

This two story cabin is located in the “Village of Greer” and is within walking distance to all places in Greer. The Lazy Bear Cabin is about 1450 square foot living area and a detached game room with an additional 300 square foot. The main cabin has two full bathrooms, one on each level. All bedrooms are on the upper level thus making this cabin not handicapped accessible. Lazy Bear Cabin has 3 Bedroom and 2 Baths. Master bedroom and bedroom #2 have King beds and the 3rd bedroom as a queen bed. In the game room there is a queen futon. The game room is great for all our guests. Both young and old. Game room has replica 1980 era arcade game, foosball table and mini pool table.

Originally built in the 1960s and expanded over the years, this charming cabin once served as the Greer Lodge Check-In Building. Now fully remodeled, it offers a cozy and welcoming retreat for guests looking to enjoy the beauty of Greer.
